Managua Hills & Its Neighbourhood
Managua Hills is in Las Colinas, one of the fastest growing, up-and-coming neighborhoods in Managua. In fact, it's
one of the preferred neighborhoods of diplomats from around the world -- including the Spanish, Russian,
Argentinian, and Colombian embassies. We're right next to arguably the most modern centers of commerce and
entertainment, such as Galerias Santo Domingo, Plaza Familiar, Plaza Gourmet, as well as prestigious institutes of
health like Hospital Metropolitano Vivan Pellas and international organizations like the German Agency for
International Development (GTZ).

Within a 1.5 km radius, you'll find supermarkets (La Colonia); gas stations (UNO, Puma); banks (Citi, BAC, Banpro,
BDF, Bancentro); drug stores (Farma Descuento, Farmex); cinemas (Galerias, Alhambra); disco clubs (Moods,
HipaHipa); and a variety of restaurants (Ola Verde, Porter House, Tip Top, La Casa del Cafe, Hippos, BW, Rosti
Pollos, Churrasco, Mamma Mia, Papa John's Pizza, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Kalua, Cafe Las Flores, and more).

Between 4 and 7 km away, additional entertainment and dining options include Zona Hippos, Metrocentro,
McDonald's, TGI Fridays, Plaza Inter, and a variety of supermarkets and bargain shopping (Pricesmart or La
Union/Wal-Mart).

If you are interested in Nica folklore, you can visit
La Casa de los Mejía Godoy. And don't forget to check the program
of
Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío.
